Situated about 4 miles north of San Pedro town, the home has a private pier extending into the ocean that allows for easy fishing, watching the sunset, relaxing or taking the island ferry into town for shopping and night life or further north up the island to great restaurants and quaint bars. The Villa sits in the middle of 5 private homes faces directly onto the ocean and is surrounded by lush tropical plants and flowers which add to the privacy and serenity of the location.

The main level includes a bright and spacious living area open to the kitchen, dining area and balcony which overlooks the pool and ocean. French doors to the balcony allow you to let in the view and the warm tropical breezes. BBQ up some fresh caught local fish or relax in your own hammock built for two while watching the boat traffic go by and the waves rolling over the barrier reef. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cooking utensils, dinnerware, etc.
